Britney Spears Spent $10 Million Out Of The $12 Million She Earned Last Year On Staff, Legal Fees And Lifestyle

Britney Spears has spent $10 million since last February.
The 'Womanizer' singer, who has a reported $100 million fortune, earned $12
million last year but the majority of her money was used on staff, legal
fees, her lavish lifestyle and caring for her two young sons.
Her finances were revealed in papers filed by lawyers for her father Jamie,
who is legally in control of her estate.
Here is a quick breakdown:
- $625,000 paid in her ongoing custody
battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline - $447,633 on security
- $138,369 in credit card payments
- $105,000 renting a Malibu home
- $178,818 for childcare
- $188,556 on
assistants and employees - $285,594 on mortgage payments
- $137,554 on living
expenses - $1.06 million in "miscellaneous business expenses"
WOWZA!
In March, it was revealed Britney had spent $2.7 million in lawyers' fees in
less than a year. The singer is currently on a sold-out world tour and thank goodness for that! With those expenses, the girl is going to have keep working until a very old age!

Those are some insanely expensive "miscellaneous" expenses. LOL Did we have a fashion find on her outfit here? I swear, every time you post it, I just can't get over how cute she looks! And I love that top.
These numbers don't add up. Where is the $10 million number coming from?
Poor Britney, I feel so sorry for her. She is quite clearly being 'looked after' by complete numpties!
I can't imagine how frustrated she must feel being forced to live as she is.
I hope she is able to regain control of her own life very soon.
I love Britney, she is my blood!

Possibly one of the most asinine comments of the day. Congrats.
i get that K-fed haas primary custody but y the hell does he need so much money in child support. Cant his a** find a job, God forbis he's taking all her money now and not saving any for her boys. I hope the hit 18 quickly.
I also thought Jamie was supposed to be cutting down on the money she has spent.
"ongoing custody battle" does not mean child support, this number includes the lawyers' fees, court costs, whatever else comes with a custody battle.

basically, everyone lives at her expense, right?

Yup! Sick! I think there are some other players that need a conservatorship.
At least she still got more than a million left. That's still a lot of money.
That's just sick.

It's nobody's business how much money Britney spends. I'd be furious if my expenses were published on the internet and every Tom and Dick can make a comment about it.
Does this make you Tom or Dick?
Child support or not, that little one is going to need to spend some more time with his daddy. He looks *snap snap snap* fabulous! with that pose.
Now I'm not so sure if he's gonna grow up to be a womanizer or what..

Lets hope those fees to the court and lawyers are less this year!
I don't see anything abnormal with these expenses. She is a celebrity and her house is not our average home ($300,000), thus her mortgage is high. Also she must pay her bodyguard, chauffeur, nanny, chef... Bottom line, she is a small corporation.
Britney Spears' head looks like it's photoshopped onto that body, ha! I just love her heavily medicated grin and dead eyes. That our pop princess! Remember when people used to envy her? Seems like a million years ago, sigh. Oh, well, her puppetmasters are going to eke out every last dollar from her until they can't do it anymore (mid-30's? Before?). Maybe then she can finally have a life of her own, if she makes it. Sad, really.

Yea, Daddy really is earning his keep....NOT! Let's not forget his piece of the pie. Why wasn't he listed? Isn't Daddy supposed to be keeping things in line or is he trying to get her to bankruptcy court ASAP? hmmmmmm I really wish she had someone in her life that genuinely cared about her without an ulterior motive of personal gain. So sad!
The son she is not holding is going to be gay,, not that there is anything wrong with that.
