Everyone has different taste, but of the three of them I would choose Robert. Brad always seems bland and has a boring personality and has aged badly in recent years.
Leonardo still looks like a teenage boy and not a man.

I think his popularity is almost purely to do with the success of twilight and has very little to do with his actually looks. Personally, Twilight was not my cup of tea, at all, but the people that love that book- love Edward and think that he is just so amazing... and I guess sparkly? lol pretty much everyone that I talk to that loves twilight thinks that he is the sexiest thing on earth, and the people that don't love twilight don't get what the big deal is. Personally, he creeps me out- casting him as a vampire was not a far stretch, plus he seems...well.. hygienically challenged

I truly believe that Brad Pitt, Johnny Depp and Hugh Jackman are amazing! They have the looks and the physiques. Robert Pattinson is good looking but as far as being the most handsome man, come on women give you head a shake vote for the person who truly deserves this!

I like Rob but he look rugged and clumzy to me. He doesn't do nothing to me in look department may be it is cuz I am older and I don't care about clumzy looking boys.

i think robert pattinson is gorgeous, and i'm NOT a twilight fan. i saw the movie and don't think he looks that good in it with the stupid make up they put on him. i still absolutely love johnny depp, i think he gets hotter with age, but sometimes you need someone new to look at. it's kinda boring for him to win sexiest man of the year over and over again.

everyone has their own opinion on things. maybe the present generation or should i say, the ones who vote on the poll think that Robert Pattinson is more handsome than Brad or Leo. Not because it's what the poll says, it's the truth.

People want a little change. C'mon, Brad Pitt had been on top of the list for almost eternity now..they want someone fresh and new. There's nothing bad about that.

But i still think that Leo and Brad are more handsome (absolutely) than Rob Pattinson. If Titanic was premiered on the very same day Twilight was, i bet the results will be different..a lot different.

I think rob is very funny in real life, but to be honest he isn't s hot!! everyone is obsessed with him at the moment, it is twilight this twilight that!! i am not dissin them people coz my friends are mega fans but i just think he will get sick of all the attention and try to calm it down a bit!!! just like leo did with titanic!!! i still think leo is the best and gorgeous!!!! and brad pitt well those words can speak for themselves, everyone will grow old eventually even rob!!!

i am also not a screaming tweenie or teen, and Rob is, in my eyes, a very sexy man. For a guy of his age he has beautiful, strong, manly features, unlike Brad and Leonardo.....i've never found them particularly good-looking anyway.....!! and the thing with Rob is, he is getting better looking by the day. besides his physical beauty he has a beautiful soul, which seems to magnify his hotness for me..............i have never been such a fanatic about any other famous person..........even in my teen yrs, as i am of him, because he just has something that very few guys have!! if u can't see that.......then look and look again.........otherwise go for a friggin eye test!!
