The Ruling In Real Housewife Kelly Bensimon's Assault Case

The judge made a ruling today in 'Real Housewives of New York City' castmember's Kelly Bensimon's assault case. The judge adjourned the case with the provision that it will be dismissed in 6 - 12 months (and expunged from Kelly's record) if there are no more incidents.
'The truth has been exposed and the charges against me will be dismissed,' Bensimon told People. 'It is now time to continue to focus on raising my beautiful girls,
pursuing my career, and raising awareness against domestic violence.' "
I'm not quite sure what to make of this. It doesn't necessarily sound like a "not guilty" verdict, does it?
For those of you who aren't Kelly's biggest fans, does this redeem herself in your eyes at all?

She cannot redeem herself with me. And as far as raising awareness about domestic violence what is she going to do walk around with a sign that says 'I hit people'? That should do it.

Not sure what she did, but I think she's one crazy broad. The way she talked to Bethennny (i'm up here, you're down here) really showed her true colors. I wish the show would dump her. Most of he NY Housewives said they would give her the boot, too.
If she does raise awareness about domestic violence she will have to do it anonymously since she does not give her name to anything!!!
