Is Chaz Bono Planning A Documentary Of His Gender Reassignment?
Is Chaz Bono planning to do some type of documentary of his transition from female to male? Access Hollywood claims Chaz is taking hormone pills and there's "a noticeable difference in his voice."
The process will take over a year and Chaz will be documenting everything, a source said.
Chaz will 'own the issue,' the source added."
This stood out to me because of something Ted Casablanca, an E! Online columnist, wrote.

Given all the people with reality TV shows these days, why not? I actually think it would be very educational for people!
Cher and Chaz's stepmother, Mary Bono, have both released statements of support, so it would be interesting to see how they deal with this process, too.
Maybe, once Chaz has completed his transition, he'll release a documentary or something. Would you be interested in watching?

Honestly this has really confused me. First I didn't even know who Chaz was when I saw a post about this earlier. Calling her a HIM has been very confusing. Until the process is completed she is a SHE not a he. I have no problem with the fact that SHE wants to have this procedure done. I think its possible for people to feel they aren't the gender they should be. I can't imagine what that would feel like but I'm glad that we have the medical technology (crazy as it may be) to help people like Chaz. I wish HER all the best in HER journey to becoming a man.

i love that her parents loved, and love her (Sunny in spirit), but she still seems so unhappy. people need to find what they need to live their life by , so if this works for her leave her be,at least she can afford to do it; most people die through bad surgeries because they felt they had no choice, no matter if they could afford the full treatment of the transformation or not. either way god bless her to true happiness.
There is a big difference between a celebrity reality show and a documentary. A serious documentary showing the reality of gender re-alignment could be good and useful for others who feel the same way. In the UK, I believe that people wanting to go thru this are required to live as their desired gender for some time before they can start the physical transformation, so Chaz changing his name, and being referred to as him/he is entirely consistent with that. I wish Chaz and his family all the best.
