Melissa Rycroft From The Bachelor Working For Good Morning America?
Melissa Rycroft from 'The Bachelor' has just landed a new gig...she'll be working for 'Good Morning America.' None of this is rep confirmed, however Melissa Twitterered about it. That's official enough for me!
Though unconfirmed by the network, sources tell TVGuide.com that
Rycroft will join the morning program this summer as a special
contributor. In that capacity, Rycroft will deliver "uplifting,
summer-type" pieces, our insider says.Rycroft — who on Wednesday hinted at her new job via Twitter, saying, "Guess who just got a job with Good Morning America???" — is expected to make several appearances throughout the summer.
After ' Dancing With the Stars' and now this doesn't it make you question her motives for going on The Bachelor in the first place? Was she always out to land some other kind of TV deal? Eh. Probably...but what does it really matter in the end...do women really go on The Bachelor thinking they'll find true love? Just call me cynical. :)

I do NOT agree. I think fame fell in her lap after that doucsh-bag dumped her on tv. She has that personality that people love... she's adorable. I am SO happy for her!

That is what I was going to comment. Getting dumped on tv made people want to love her even more...I think she is great for tv. She is gorgeous and her personality will spark ratings. Also, people want to see that she is doing really well after what happened.

She's too cute! I hope she does really well. As for fame falling in her lap, it happens that way a lot and there's nothing wrong with it. If you're jealous, get up and go for it on your own.

She seems like a very nice, sincere person. I am happy for her. I do not think she went on the bachelor for fame and she did a fantastic job on DWTS! Congratulations Melissa!
I don't question her motives - she didn't take Nancy O'Dell out just to get on DWTS. These opportunities fell into her lap and I absolutely don't blame her at all for taking the chances.
I think her heart was in the right place when she went on the bachelor but when she found out she was going to be getting dumped she felt like she might as well milk it. She admitted on Ellen that she knew that Jason was breaking up with her, but she acted all shocked when he actually told her on the show. This got her major publicity and I just can't imagine agreeing to have everything go down the way it did unless you are just looking for future fame. Let's face it- adorable she may be, and holy crap if she doesn't have about the best abs I've ever seen, but she doesn't seem like she has any marketable skills, so she might as well take advantage of these opportunities no matter what way they may come to her

You have to question the motives of any person going on a "reality" show, for whatever reason, but particularly when one is willing to "share" a man/woman with 20+ others on a dating show. Dirty.
This girl is cute and bubbly, so she seems like she's be a good fit on GMA.
