Fact Or Fiction: Jane Pitt Prefers Jennifer Aniston Over Angelina Jolie

Now they are bringing Brad Pitt's MOTHER into the rags? She must not be too thrilled with this extra attention.
A SOURCE is claiming that Jane Pitt much rather have Jennifer Aniston in her life than Angelina Jolie.
“Jane’s seen, first hand, how difficult Angelina is,” a source revealed. “She never comes to visit the family in Missouri and is always prickly on the rare occasions they have got together. Jennifer was the total opposite — charming, friendly and the perfect daughter-in-law. She always made time to be an active part of the family, whereas Angie just turns her nose up.”
OUCH! Thank goodness this is probably NOT true. The story goes onto say that Jen and Jane talk at least once a week.
“(Jen and Jane) speak at least a couple of times a week and Jen never misses a birthday or special occasion,” the source said.
What do you think? Just another reason to keep the triangle on the cover of our favorite rags? Or is there some truth to this one?

They just try to keep the triangle going. i could see it though. Jennifer is more normal seeming. I like Angie but she's exotic in a way and doesn't have a good relationship with her own father.

This is old news.. Plenty of sources have said that Brad's mother and Jen still keep in contact. When they were together Jane and Jen developed a great bond. Jen seems more nuturing and caring I can def see his mother liking Jen over Angie.

I can see this being possible. Angelina may be happy, but Jennifer is more bubbly and warm. It's too bad that Brad Pitts mother is in the tabloids, though... I'm sure she doesn't want that.

Why wouldn't this be true? Jennifer is much more real and down to earth. Angelina is much more egocentric and self-absorbed. Easy decision really.
Well i know that i never felt like my mother-in-law really liked me so it made me uncomfortable and what probably seemed like standoffish. I wanted to be liked but never felt like i was especially since the family was so close to the girl my ex dated before me which may be how Angelina feels. Now that I'm divorced my ex-mother-in-law still calls and says she doesn't want what happened between me and my ex to interfere with her relationship with me and our children. So there might be some truth to this. But from Angie's point of view, who the hell cares. Family is always a part of a relationship but any REAL man doesn't let his mother lead his romantic life.
I believe it. Who in their right mind would want to be around trash after having a daughter in law with class.

Of cause Jennifer and Angelina are not the same people, but just that doesn't make them better over one each other.
I bet both Jane and Brad are not very happy with rumors like this one or even better they probably do not care and good if they don't!

i can't believe we're still talking about these ridiculous aniston vs. jolie comparisons. It's been how many years since Brad and Jennifer broke up?? like 3 or something?? I can't imagine getting a divorce and still hearing/thinking about this kind of stuff so many years later... let these people just move on with their lives!

This is a know fact, hello they all admit to Jen still speaking with Jane and Jen seeing Jane on Christmas and stuff. Jen is warm and open Angelina is a sociopath with sever addiction issues.

On one hand no. - because this is a gossip rag. On the other hand, yes. I can see how Jane Pitt and her husband might be a little "ordinary" for Jolie. She seems to spend all her energy to come off as nowhere near ordinary. AJ seems to pride herself on not being like anyone else where Jen comes off as pretty down-to-earth. Being a considerate person is now "brown nosing"?

I believe it's true...Jennifer is more charming....with everybody. Angelina only has time for her movies and maybe her kids. She dosen't even have friends. So yes...I think its a fact
i live in MO. they have pictures and news and stuff sometimes about angie being here................she has had pizza b-day parties for the kids here and stuff, thought i heard that that is actually jane's fav pizza place, have seen pics of angie at the grocery with a baby on hip and grandma with one on each hand and pics of angie and doug (brad's bro). brads from here i would think he would already be familiar with how to come home and not cause a ruckus but there are some pics. haven't seen any pics of jennifer being here. even when she films in chicago she doesn't come here and you can just drive from here to there in a few hours so??????? when brad and angie are in n.o. 1/2 the time they are actually here or brads family is there. i could just go on and on with this one, remember angie can fly and we are central.
just goes to prove brangelina are media whores and CAN go places without being photographed when they choose to.

This is false. If Jane hated Angelina so much she wouldn't spend months living with Brad and Angelina when she was pregnant and Brad's parents also visited for long stretches when they were New Orleans and NYC. Brad and Angelina have been to MO several times. The reason people believe stories like this is because they hate Angelina and will not bother to look for the facts. You could do a quick search and find pictures of the Pitts spending time with the kids and Angelina.

I have seen this in the past as well on numerous occasions. I believe there is some truth in this.
I met a grip who worked on the set of Angie's latest movie that just finished shooting in NYC. He's worked on other movies that Brad was in, and said he USED to be the nicest, most normal and down-to-earth seeming guy. He visited once and seemed both rude and upset.
Grip said by observing them walk together that they are NOT happy together.
Grip also said she is sweet to everyone and very generous. Maybe it's just another f-d u relationship.

God I for one am TOTALLY over hearing about this 'triangle'!!!! Please lets move on already.
From what I remember Brad always wanted to have children and do charity work. When he was married to Jennifer she seemed to just be into her career and L.A. life...As with a lot of marriages people out grow eachother and I believe he out grew her....Angie has done tremendous charitable work all over the world and I feel it influenced Brad to do that as well. Since he has been with Angie he has done some amazing stuff himself....To me that is a great match and if this is true his mom should be so proud of both of them....If he was still married to Jennifer maybe his mom would have been happy from a "family point of view" but I feel some people come to this earth to help others and to raise awareness of certain causes. In the grand scheme of things that seems more important- this planet needs more people like that.
Who cares what Jane thinks. Brad's a big boy. Its hogwash. Theres got to be warmth in her heart for Angie as she IS the mother of her grandkids and the love of her son's life. I agree with the poster that Jen doesnt have a relationship with her own mother therefore i'm sure she brown nosed her way in and clung to her like she does everyone. We all know Jen can't let go. I'm sure this is some sort of victory for her (if true) and her agent is the one spinning this, as its old news. Just a way to keep her in the triangle and conjure up talk, like we're doing..
Jen and Brad never had kids so i'm sure it was easier to be an active part of the family. Angie has way more going on then Jen did, so you can't even compare. Try packing up 6 kids regularly for visits to grandmas...not easy. Brad picked the right one, Jen's useless. I think were missing the point that is: Brads happy, no one or nothing else matters. If we all listened to our folks on who to date/marry, there would be alot of unhappy people walking around. We don't marry for our parents, we marry who WE love. Brad and Angie forever, back off Jen and (poss.) Jane!

It is not the first time this bit of news comes out. Yes, it might be true but so what. Lots of inlaws don't get along and/or prefer a previous partner over the current one but that does not mean that Brad's mother hates ANGELINA. And this is none of our business really. They are free to live their lives the way they want to and seem to have moved on and so should we.
Who wouldn't prefer Ainiston over Jolie?
