Soapstar Alison Sweeney sports her new personalized mom necklace featuring the names of her kids, Ben & Megan, made by Isabelle Grace Jewelry at the 20th Annual James Reynolds "Days of our Lives" Basketball Game, at South Pasadena High School.

Isabelle Grace Jewelry is a beautiful, inspiring collection of personalized jewelry designed by artist Claudia Montez at her studio in Dartmouth, Massachussetts. Each piece is made by hand, and crafted from sterling silver, 14 carat gold and semi-precious stones.

 

Personalization options include names, birth dates, wedding dates and personal messages.
