To Belt Or Not To Belt - That Is The Question

Khloe Kardashian opted for Alice + Olivia's Colorblock fandress for the Three O Vodka Bubble launch alongside her sister Kim. Being the designer that she is, Khloe omitted the belt that comes with the dress.
