Oh no! Naomi Watts arrived in Rome with her youngest son Samuel Kai for a short holiday. Unfortunately for Naomi, she slipped down the steps as she was leaving the aircraft hurt herself. Airport security grabbed a wheelchair and assisted the actress to her car.

She probably hit her tailbone. Gosh that's so painful (and embarrassing) when that happens. Her son has grown up to be such a gorgeous little boy! He was cute before, but he is getting cuter and cuter with age! If only I were so lucky haha.
