Jon And Kate Gosselin Face Off
You can imagine what things were like between Jon and Kate Gosselin when he returned to their Pennsylvania home after his vacation in St. Tropez with new-girlfriend Hailey Glassman. Someone dished to Life & Style.
"It was icier than the Arctic," an onlooker, who saw them at their shared Wernersville, Pa., home on July 16, tells Life & Style. "The kids were clearly pleased to see their dad, but Kate wasn't."
This isn't terribly surprising but sad nonetheless.
It sounds like Jon is taking it all in stride, however, and adjusting to life in New York City. He's still looking for places to hang out.
"It's hard when everyone knows you," he says. "I won't go to the Village, the East Village or Soho!"
Jon also said he's looking forward to showing his apartment to his kids.
When 'Jon and Kate Plus 8' returns next month, it's going to be interesting to see what they actually show. Do you plan to watch it or are you done?

I have watched from the beginning..but now I will stop. It has turned into such a sideshow and those poor kids are gonna need some serious counseling after all this. I used to feel bad for HIM but now I'm thinking maybe she was such a b&*^% because he wasn't there from the beginning.

hmmm....i have to agree with alagirl. i used to feel bad for him too but now i don't. i might just watch it in the beginning to see how they'll change the show. but most likely i'll stop cuz after all this drama the show wasn't the same.
That's all he can do is "show" the kids the apartment, they can't stay over with daddy. A two bedroom paying $5,000 a month? How long he thinks he can keep that up?

Oh, I will SO be watching the show when it returns. I love those kids. I also am curious to see how the show will be now after the divorce was made official. It still makes me really sad. :(

John is an idiot... I will watch it... I can't wait until they make it Kate plus 8... The way he has been acting, vacationing with that slut, homewrecker, shows just how much he disrespects the mother of his 8 children!!!! What a jerk, when those kids grow up I hope they value their mother because their father is worth nothin ... at least to me... i hope he goes crawling back to Kate
I'm going to watch, because I'm curious to see how they handle this situation. Jon stated that he was concerned about the media coverage he was receiving, and doing what was right for his children -- so he moves 2 1/2 hours from his children, right in the heart of Manhattan. He is looking to draw attention to himself. If he wanted "City" life, he could have moved into a modern condominium in center city Philadelphia. The ring on Hailey's finger appears to have been for pictures (and speculation), or to impress Christian Audigier - like that would work. Regardless if Jon is concerned over what his children will find out by googling him in the future, you would think that he would try to draw attention away from himself. Living 2 1/2 hours away from 8 young children is not practical. Children need both parents around. If he has a job in NY, he could easily take the train. I wonder what his priorities are.

Really?....Jon's old pot buddy standing up for him....you don't say - puleeez! So he liked to get high back then too....shocking...not! So that's probably why they had to conceive via in vitro. FYI - kids MJ causes reproductive problems. God's little way of 'weeding' out the losers.
