The ever fabulous Rachel Bilson was spotted having lunch with an equally fab friend in Los Feliz,
Los Angeles yesterday afternoon. Rachel showed off her long legs in a micro mini dress ( or is it a long shirt?) but still managed to look adorable at the same time. What do you think of her dress? Do you think she's pulls it off, or is it too short?

Her dress is way to short. She's not a little girl, she's a woman and she needs to start dressing like one. A few inches longer on the hem and this dress would look really good on her. I truly don't understand the love for this woman's so-called fashion sense. She always looks ragged and not very well put together and she doesn't seem to know what looks good on her body shape. JMO. I will say I do like the boots though.
