Love It Or Hate It: Whitney Port

Whitney Port was seen walking through the Meatpacking District of NYC wearing black sneakers, cut off shorts, a splattered shirt and a studded belt. Naturally, the reality star completed the look with a very expensive bag and over-sized earrings.

Let's talk about those shoes - what do you think about Whitney's style? Does everything work?
