Liam Neeson Is Still Struggling With Losing Natasha Richardson
Liam Neeson is "taking each day as it comes" as he grieves for his wife.
The 'Taken' actor says he and his sons Micheal, 14, and Daniel, 12, are still struggling to cope with the sudden death of Natasha Richardson in March.
The 57-year-old star said:
"We're doing good. We are still getting extraordinary condolence letters from American people. That's deeply, deeply touching."
The outpouring of sympathy from the US public has even inspired Liam to become an American citizen, more than 20 years after he moved to the country.
He explained to ‘Good Morning America’:
"That is partly the reason that I have recently become an American citizen. I was born in Northern Ireland but America has been very, very good to me.
"I am still a proud Irishman, but I have become an American citizen, and am very proud of that."
The interview was the first time Liam has spoken in public since Natasha died of a brain injury after a skiing accident.
My thoughts are still with him and his boys. The way Natasha went was so scary and sudden. It could happen to the healthiest person without notice. I am sure her family will need some time to fully accept her passing.

i think liam is a pretty sensitive guy, and sometimes it takes some time to get over someone you thought you would be with for a while.
She was so beautiful and such an amazing actress. She must have been one of the funnest moms ever. The way she looked you could just tell she tried to make everyone smile all the time. Such a sad loss for her family.
These Hollywood whores should learn a few things from Natasha and Liam's marriage. You don't bail out on your marriage so quickly just because the fantasy person you are shooting with makes your smelly parts moist.
I hate this sooooooo much. It's so hard to find REAL LOVE and lasting one, like these two. I know he will never get past this, I can see he had past that point in his min and heart that he felt he could relax; this is the worst time , starting all over - for a older man and woman that is truly now set in their own groove is a unsettled emotion that can turn your spirit a bit sour. I hope the highest heavens what is meant to happen finds this man's heart. Its sad!

This is always really depressing to me. Such a sudden accident, and what seemed like a very loving family being broken apart is very heart breaking to me. Poor Liam Neeson. I hope his grief will get better.
