Katy Perry Promises To Be An Honest American Idol Judge

"I don't want to break their hearts, but how many of us know that one person that has been trying and trying, and doing karaoke and little gigs here and there at, like, an open mic. And nobody has told them they can't sing in pitch—for, like, 15 years."
"You're like, 'Somebody needs to say something' and unfortunately, I might be that gal to tell you the truth."
-- Katy Perry talking about her upcoming 'American Idol' appearance as a guest judge

Likewise. Has she done anything worthwhile, or is she still riding on the "Kissed a Girl" train?

I liked a couple of her songs on her "I kissed a girl" album, but there is something about the way she sings that really irritates me. I can't explain it very well, but it's like the cadence or rhythm is off in her lines. She pauses at the wrong times and it sounds like she is trying to read poetry to a tune with the wrong melody. Does that make sense to anyone but me?

I like her sense of style...
I looked around his gallery and it reminds me a bit of James Jean and it looks that it was done in a similar way.

I never realized she was so... gifted, in the chest department, until recently. Is it me or did something change?
