Demi Moore Wants Another Baby
Demi Moore wants another baby.
The 46-year-old actress – who has three daughters with ex-husband Bruce Willis – insists she is not too old to raise another child and admits it is something she has discussed with her 31-year-old husband Ashton Kutcher.
When asked about expanding her family further, Demi said:
“Why not? Everything is possible!
“We have so much to live for, and obviously one of them is to have a child. I'm very enthusiastic about all the possibilities that living together gives us.“I'm an incurable optimist and a go-getter - it's in my nature to focus much more on what makes me happy than what makes me nervous.”
Demi – who has been married to Ashton for four years – insists the age gap between her and her spouse has never been a problem as they are able to embrace their different outlooks on life while still finding common ground.

She explained to France’s Marie Claire magazine:
“What matters most for me is to have found someone for whom the age gap doesn't mean anything and most of all with whom I have an incredibly deep relationship.
“We're at different stages in our personal lives and in our careers. But we look at that as a positive thing because we are massively enriched by having different things to deal with and to share.
“And also I won't pretend that I'm not hugely happy to live with such a handsome man!'
I’ve met a lot of 40 and 50-year-olds who were a lot more immature than him. Ashton is very responsible, and he was comfortable from the very beginning with the family responsibilities he had to take on.“Most men aged 25 would not have been able to deal with it. I don't judge them, but I think Ashton is far more ahead of his time. We share everything. He's also my best friend.”

Hope she wants to adopt because 46 is a bit old for a woman to naturally have a child.
As long as she is healthy and her doctor says there is not a huge risk then if she hasn't gone through menopause yet she can have them naturally just fine.

It's her business what she does... but she IS 46 years old. If she hasn't reached menopause, she could naturally have a child. However, the risk for mental deficit is raised significantly. If she is willing to raise a mentally retarded child, then wonderful. I just hope she doesn't terminate the pregnancy if she finds out the child isn't perfect. That's none of my business, but if you are taking the risk of having a child at such an old age... knowing the risks... please take responsibility.

By the time the kid finishes high school, she's beyond retirement age. But of course her age doesn't really matter, because she will look young forever - good genes, never had a single procedure in her whole life...

just because you can still have children, does mean you should. There is a reson why more tests are required in pregnancies for older women. The risks for complications are greater for both mother and child. 46 is not old, but it is certianly on the older side of child bearing age. Some people are even in menopause by that age so she is definitely pushing the limit.

Demi should be having grandchildren not more children. Doesn't she have enough to do already ....... like babysitting Ashton?? Demi should have hooked up with someone her age and by far Ashton needs someone younger!!!! By the time Demi is 60 Ashton will be looking for Steak not Hamburger Meat!!

I posted this same comment on the Halle Berry post...Halle is 43 and everyone seems genuinely happy that she's having another baby. Demi is 46 and being crucified for the same thing. Someone, please explain the difference (and don't say 3 years).

15 years isn't that big of an age difference. I wonder if people would give as much thought to it if it's a man who is only that much older.
