Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez attended the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute's 32nd Annual Awards Gala yesterday afternoon. The event honored Puerto Rican singer Marc Anthony at the Washington Historical Society with the 2009 CHCI Chair's Lifetime Achievement Award. Wow!
While Marc doesn't get a lot of play in the US, but he is one of the biggest singers in the Latin community. I just LOVE his sound too! When I was in high school 'Todo a su Tiempo' was in constant rotation in my car.

What are you talking about dude??? Vera's Writers got this celeb name wrong. Is not Jennifer Aniston but Jennifer Lopez whos married to Marc Anthony. This is not a rumor but a mistake by the writers who typed the wrong name. Ok you seriously need to shut up at times. Put down the pipe, meds or whatever your on. Or better yet bring a cup of coffee to Vera's writers and while your at it have some yourself and wake the F*@% up.

I disagree with the comment that Marc is big only in Latin America. He is big in the Latin community period. His music does get played on the radios here (Spanish stations). There is not a concert, regardless of if he put out an album or not, that does not get sold out (or almost sold out) here in the US. He had lots and lots of fans. Hence, me being one of them.

I agree Marc Anthony is an ICON in the Latin community. He's been in the business MUCH longer than JLO even though she gets more of the main stream attention. He'll always have a following regardless. JLO's dress by the way is gorgeous! Elegant and Classy. Love it!

I didn't like her dress it makes her boobs to look saggy and her torso fat in it.Her hair is messed up. This is not her best look. Marc never been my cup of tea but he looks better than her here.

yeah, i think marc anthony is way bigger than jlo music wise but since she has the looks she completely beats him lol. i like her better than him. never been a fan of his (but do like some songs).

I feel so petty when I see the two of them because I cannot stop thinking that she could've done SO much better looks-wise than Marc. He's just so creepy and unattractive. It's so shallow because he might be an amazingly wonderful man (and must be since they are still together) but gah....

Yes she's pretty, has a butt we'd all love to have, nice clothes blah blah blah but........ugh, she's so boring. All she does is hang on his arm and go to parties and benefits. And I agree with CapturingLife - he is the creepiest thing I've seen in quite some time.
