Kelly Osbourne Regrets Drug Use

Kelly Osbourne and her boyfriend/fiance Luke Worrall were seen doing some shopping in Beverly Hills, California. While the couple got engaged last November they are still planning on keeping it a long engagement.

In other news, Kelly recently was interviewed for the upcoming episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show where she talks about her drug use.

"I was ashamed of myself," Osbourne, 24, says on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in an interview set to air Monday, Sept. 21. "I didn't want to tell my parents" – especially mother Sharon, 56.

"My mom had been in a relationship with my father for years and years trying to get him sober. I was completely ashamed that I would have to go to her and now tell her that her daughter has issues as well."

"I felt like I let her down – but what I didn't realize was that if I would have went to her a long time ago, she would have helped me no matter what."

Kelly said that the media focusing on her weight didn't help the situation either.

"It was a lot for me to handle," she admits, "and I didn't handle it very well."

So nice to hear Kelly realizing her mistakes. Do you think her speaking out about these issues will help others face their demons?

That's part of growing up. Facing your mistakes and moving forward from them. Good for her.

she shouldn't regret something she probably learned so much from.

Her way of speaking about it is so mature. She's telling teens out there that the fear of disapointing your parents should not stop you from getting help.
When I was a teen I suffered from depression and was nearly suicidal before I found the courage to talk to my mom. I felt so ashamed, as though I wasn't allowed to feel that way when my parents had given me so much and were expecting such a bright future for me.
Far from being judged, my mom made me stop school, cared for me every day at home and got me professional help. After a year I was ready to face the world again. Thank you Mom for your unconditional love and thanks Kelly for passing the message!

I admire her, not sure why you would feel sorry for her; she's obviously come a long way and made some great life realizations at the young age of 24! I think she'll be fine!
