Katie Holmes And Suri Cruise Out For A Walk

Katie Holmes took her daughter Suri Cruise on a walk down Newbury Street in Boston yesterday afternoon. You can see the small crowds forming in the background to watch the gals in action. I just LOVE how dressed up Suri is with those mini heels! So cute!
And it looks like she needed several things for her trip - a purse, jewelry, a few stuffed animals and a change of shoes. Good thing mommy came prepared with a big enough bag.
The pair stopped to chat on a stoop and get a bite to eat during their walk.

looks like the heels were short lived - there's some pics there of her in little pink sneakers :) When I was Suri's age I had a pair of heels. I wanted to wear them EVERYWHERE! Very fond memories of getting dressed up fancy.

The heels on Suri just rub me the wrong way. It's creepy...reminds me of pageants for little girls. Major ick factor. They make plenty of cute flats/dress shoes for children.

They make open-toed heels in children's sizes? I don't find it creepy for playing dress up at home. But walking around on the sidewalk? Yes, I know that she also has sneakers, but still.

I agree with Elaine. Leave kids alone to their imagination. I have a daughter who loves to wears play heels. She's such a girlie girl-and I LOVE IT. Nothing wrong with her getting in touch with her inner Fashionista. If she were going out EVERY DAY with heels it would be different but she's just having fun and she got changed into sneakers later. Leave her alone.

I would imagine that tons of little girls love to get all dressed up in heels and pretend to me grownup. If Suri didn't want to wear those heels, she would not be wearing them. She just wants to be like her mommy. And I think she looks adorable.
i think suri must have seen pictures of herself and figured out that its the paps. she has been ssoooo cute with it, the other day she was dressed up for them too, and she had lipstick on. she's gonna be striking a pose any day now:)

I have been to other boards and so many people call suri plain or ugly. She is just a kid to me--a cute kid at that. IMHO, she is simply adorable. Looking at pictures of Katie with her daughter makes me mora anxious than ever to have a little girl of my own. Also, I have to agree with Elaine. I use to love playing dress up as a kid. So much that my mom brought me my own pair of sparkly red heels and pearls. It use to be so much fun--especially when my friends came over. Those were good childhood memories. Although, a little embrassing when my parents pull out those pictures to show my bf.

ahaha look at her little shoes. She's already so into fashion and style. I think she is spoiled rotten though -- i hope it doesn't ruin her. As for Katie, HER OUTFIT IS HORRIBLE... the whole look is bad.
