I agree. I've a six year old and I know how oblivious he is to these things. Six is too young... having said that, I don't think I'd walk around naked in front of someone else's child. I do it in front of mine though.

I don't think the issue is that the six year old is potentially thinking sexual thoughts, my first concern was I wonder what his own mother thinks. Would it be acceptable if it was a man walking around the house naked with a young girl in it? You really think children would be allowed to sleep over that house? No.

I think is is inappropriate given the age of the boy. Kids are aware at that age. If I was the mother I would be mortified. If it was reversed and it was the moms boyfriend running around naked in front of the 6 yr old daughter, would that be ok as well? Kid will probably start taking pics and selling them to TMZ here pretty soon.

I don't have a problem with nudity. Would you have a problem with it if the child was a girl and she saw Hilary naked? No you wouldn't. It is just seeing the opposite sex naked that bothers people, and the whole reason it does is because people have perverted and dirty minds. It has been bred into all of us to be ashamed and to cover ourselves.
I would have a problem if my son OR daughter saw Hilary Swank naked. It is completely inappropriate.

It is absolutely not appropriate for this woman to be walking around naked in front of someone else's child. If she were the mom and made that choice for her own kid there's not much we could say about it, but as a mother of a 7 year old boy, I can say that they are aware of more then she seems to realize, and if I found out some other woman was letting my child see her naked on a regular basis I would be furious.

The reason it is not appropriate is because she is not the boy's mother. I agree that people do have too many hang-ups with nudity, but that is the world and times we are living in. Things that were not a concern years ago are issues today. With what our society is kids know way more than they did in years past. Parents make the decisions for their own kids- and bottom line she is not that boy's mother.

I agree that it is inappropriate because she is not the boy's mother. I think it is fine to be comfortable with your body, but you can do that without being naked in front of other people's kids. For their own protection most children today are taught that with their immediate family a lack of clothing can be ok, but with extended family & friends a little more modesty is expected and with strangers certain things are not ok at all ever. If I were this boy's mom I would not be ok with this arrangement at all.

WHO CARES if a six year old sees tits? It's a natural part of the female body and not disgusting or inappropriate whatsoever. I bet that little boy will place no significance on this UNTIL society and the media starts telling him it's a forbidden thing. PG movies are allowed to have a good amount of violence in them, but if one tit makes an appearance, it automatically gets bumped up to PG-13 or R. Sleep however you want. But when you get up, put on a robe. Is it that hard? It's not even her kid. And it's not even her husband, it's a boyfriend. So the kid has no relation to her. If she walked around naked in front of a neighbor's 6 year old or walked through a kindergarten class naked it would not be okay, this is no different.
