Fact or Fiction: Heidi Montag Chose Money Over Family?
It's being reported that the reason Heidi Montag was a no-show at her sister's birthday party is because she wasn't being paid for the appearance.
"Holly was really wishing that her sister could just be a sister and stop by her birthday party, but Heidi only goes places if she is getting paid," an insider snitched to Tarts. "I mean, this is her sister and she wouldn’t even show up without a fee. That’s disgusting."
Holly Montag's party was held at Empire Hollywood in Los Angeles on Saturday night. This is the same birthday party that Stephanie Pratt was leaving when she was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
Do you think there's any truth to this? I wonder if Heidi had another engagement to attend or maybe wasn't even in town?

I doubt it... maybe she just didn't show up because Holly has been having alcohol problems and she didn't want to reinforce that behavior. Who knows...

I don't like Heidi, but I don't think that this is something that she would do. She's made some bad decisions (*cough* spencer) and is bit of a famewhore, but she seems like a sweet girl nonetheless.

OBVIOUSLY she chooses money over family. The one and only small snippet of The Hills that I've ever seen that retard Spencer being a complete a****** to Heidi's mom and sister. He even made her sister cry! I think it was at their engagement party or something. Heidi did not give a shit or get up from the table with Spencer and continued fame-whoring, ignoring her disturbed and upset SISTER. What is WRONG with these people? And how the hell are they 'Christian?' So, OF COURSE Heidi didn't go to her sister's bday since she wasn't getting dough.
