Gwen Stefani rocked an all black ensemble at Fashion Group International’s 2009 Night of the Stars at Cipriani Wall Street last night.

To accessorize her look she carried none other than the Fisher clutch in Noir from her L.A.M.B. Fall 2009 Deco collection.
