Tomorrow I Am Going To Lose My Mind

Tomorrow I Am Going To Lose My Mind

I was supposed to go into the city today for a mom conference (not so clear on details) and opted out. Natalie has been sick since Friday night and Liam has mommy and me this morning. If I went in, he wouldn't have been able to go to "school" and he really LOVES "school". So I canceled.

However.... TOMORROW I am going to die.

It starts at 830 in the morning and then ends at 830 at night with a HUGE gap of a whole lot of NOTHING to do in the afternoon. I think I am going to catch a movie by myself because I have nothing to do....

830 I have a Stride Rite preview for their Spring Collection
9-11 I have a Marc Jacobs handbag breakfast and preview of Spring Collection
12 I am meeting my friend Sylvia for lunch - Blue Smoke (YUM!!)

THEN - my next event is at 630 OMG. I can't go home and come back because it takes me like an hour to get home. If I do that, then I will be home for an hour or so and then have to get back on the train to return.

So I think for that huge gap....I don't know. I DON'T KNOW. LOL! I am seriously considering going to the movies.... That will at least kill a few hours. Then I can work at a Starbucks for a few hours I guess. Ugh. I am thinking of calling up a blogger friend and asking them if I could crash at their apt for a while. Oy vey!

What would you do? Would you go home? Or just wait it out in the city? Bill said I should go to a museum or something for a while.

Blue Smoke is so delish!!! I love their wings (and of course, ribs). I'd totally catch a movie instead of spending 2 hours on the train, you'll probably have the theater to yourself.

You should take your husband's advice and go to a museum. Or a library. Just some place nice and quiet to reload.

I'd say stay in the city, but I'm from Idaho, so NYC sounds so fun to me! LOL. I've been there once in April of 2001, but I was just a teenager and didn't really get it. You should go to a museum and enjoy something you wouldn't normally be able to with your kids. :)

A museum sounds great but it is a lot of exercise, ha! Go see a movie or go to the library..
