Back On The Damn Wagon

I'm starting to do portion control again ... and I HATE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Although I must admit - I did eat my last Devil Dog last night which, in a way, was kind of like doing a service to my diet plan. I knew it was in my kitchen and it would call to me all hours of the day. I would be sitting on my couch and it would just be staring at me! So I destroyed it last night and got rid of the temptation. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So that's done. Now I can just move on with it all and get back to business. I'm up 11 pounds from my lowest. This isn't happening anymore!

That's my problem: portion control. I never feel full, until way after I've scarfed everything down :-/...and I'm a slow eater. Go figure. I <3 food too much :-p.

I am also a slow eater. Anytime I go out to eat with others I am consistently the last to finish my plate. What makes an added bonus is that I'm usually the last one to receive my order and 9 times out of 10 it is not cooked well enough and I have to send it back. Sigh.

LOL at least at Canadian McD's our sizes are equivalent to a size smaller in the American ones. Then go over to Europe and they are EVEN smaller than that!

I don't know what a devil dog is, either. lol I'm guessing it's like a Hostess cupcake type treat. I've just realized how much weight I've gained, and I don't think I can try and diet over the holidays, so for Christmas, I'm asking for money to save up for a treadmill! :) Good Luck, Vera!

Portion control is so hard!! We get use to eating so much that when a nutritionist tell you what your suppose to be eating it ends up looking like 3 peas in a plate! ugh! I love food too much...
