When most of us think of the summer, we think of vacation. And when we think of vacation, we think about relaxing and having fun. Well, that’s not how the Murset family thinks, and hearing their goals makes for a great feel-good video. Greg Murset is the founder of My Job Chart, and the basic idea behind it is to help parents teach their kids fiscal responsibility and a good work ethic by giving them chores. Greg decided to practice what he preached for the summer of 2014, so he, his wife, and all six of their kids are spending 20 days traveling across the country to help families in need. I think we were all surprised when Kesha entered inpatient treatment for an eating disorder. Drugs may not have surprised us so much, given the history of drug use in the entertainment industry, but I don’t think anyone saw Kesha as someone with an eating disorder (although we know those certainly aren’t uncommon in Hollywood, either). Since completing treatment, Kesha seems to be better than ever. She opened up to Elle UK about her experience. RELATED: Kesha’s out of rehab.
OMG. I cannot believe it’s been 30 years since ‘Ghostbusters’ came out! I remember being a kid and my parents debating if it would scare me too much before finally taking me to see it (it didn’t scare me, for the record). Sony is having a special 30th anniversary celebration by re-releasing ‘Ghostbusters’ in theaters for Labor Day weekend. This is something I need to try to do. Bill Murray, Dan Akroyd, Harold Ramis, and Ernie Hudson were HILARIOUS.
Sometimes an apology isn’t good enough. After George Clooney blasted London’s Daily Mail over a story that claimed Amal Alamuddin’s mother was opposed to their marriage on religious grounds, calling it “fiction,” the London paper pulled the story. Then the Daily Mail issued an apology, but George isn’t hearing it. RELATED: George Clooney hits back at Daily Mail over story about his future in-laws.
Look at Kim Kardashian’s face. She’s looking FIERCE in this selfie. I can’t tell if she’s not a happy camper or trying to emulate the “fierce” look models often have when they strut their stuff down the runway. Kim is in Paris at Paris Fashion Week. It’s her sister Kendall Jenner who’s walking the catwalks, but as you can see, Kim is hanging out backstage. RELATED: Kim Kardashian pines for Kanye West.
If any modern actress can pull off a Marilyn Monroe-type glamour, it’s Scarlett Johansson. She does it perfectly in this new Dolce & Gabbana ad. The ad is for Dolce & Gabbana’s Perfect Mono Intense Cream Eye Color (which hits stores in September, if you’re on the lookout). RELATED: Watch Scarlett Johansson as ‘Lucy.’
