The prosecutor presented his concerns about Lindsay Lohan’s community service (which reportedly included meet-and-greets with fans and performing on stage), and the judge ended up agreeing with him. Of course Lindsay avoided jail. Again. Instead she has to do another 125 hours, per the judge’s order. RELATED: Did Lindsay Lohan get community service credit for performing onstage?
OMG. The more we hear about Lindsay Lohan’s supposed “community service,” the more it looks like she didn’t really do anything. She’s due in court today (the prosecutor was ill last week, so the review of her community service had to be postponed), and the prosecutor reportedly plans to challenge her community service hours. If the prosecutors get their way, Lindsay Lohan will be BACK in jail over her “community service.” Everyone is set to return to court on February 18 to examine exactly what Lindsay did to fulfill her community service requirement in London. RELATED: Lindsay Lohan is suing mad at Fox News.
Oh boy. Sean Hannity and a guest on his show, Michelle Fields, might want to exercise a little more discretion in their comments, at least where the Lohans are concerned. Lindsay Lohan and her mother, Dina, have filed a lawsuit over comments the two made that included allegations that Lindsay and Dina did cocaine together. OMG. If this is true, then I don’t blame the City Attorney for wanting jail time. Remember last week when reports were that Lindsay Lohan was FAR behind on completing her community service requirements, despite being given extra time to do so (and finding time to vacation in Bora Bora)? Well, Lindsay finished just under the wire and had the London agency that was responsible for overseeing her community service fax in the paperwork to her attorney, Shawn Holley, who presented the paperwork in court this morning. The City Attorney isn’t buying it. RELATED: Lindsay Lohan is facing jail for not completing her community service hours.
OMG. I really thought Lindsay Lohan was getting her act together in London. It turns out that the “pulled together” appearance may have been deceptive: she had to complete 240 hours of community service after crashing into a truck on the Pacific California Highway by next Wednesday and apparently isn’t even close to finishing them. It sounds like Lindsay Lohan is determined to end 2014 on a positive note and kick off 2015 on a peaceful note while vacationing in the French Polynesia. Unfortunately, she’s having to do so while dealing with the virus chikungunya, which is transmitted via mosquitoes.
