Says She Wants To Be More Like MILEY CYRUS

While speaking with a Boston radio station recently, Ariana Grande confessed that not only is she a huge Miley Cyrus fan (and really, who isn’t?), she also wishes that she could be more like the “Wrecking Ball” singer.

So what did Ariana, specifically, have to say? Well, this – for starters,

I think she’s dope, I think she’s a rock star, I think she’s expressing herself, and there’s nothing wrong with adding a little fun into pop culture. I wish I had enough confidence to get naked and sit on a wrecking ball. If you had her body, you’d be on that ball right with her.

There’s definitely no denying that Miley is a rock star. After her VMA performance last year that grabbed her a ton of press, Miley has continued her rise to the top. She’ll actually be collaborating with Madonna - the Queen of Pop herself! – during her first MTV Unplugged special.

Teaming Up for MTV Unplugged

The Internet is buzzing today, and for good reason. Miley Cyrus’s MTV Unplugged special has been in the books for a bit, but there have been rumors of a huge guest collaborator that has remained nameless.

Well, it appears that the Internet has finally figured out who that guest is going to be – and it’s huge! In fact, it’s The Queen of Pop herself – Madonna. According to Oh No They Didn’t, who says they’ve got the exclusive deets, Miley and Madonna were rehearsing for the upcoming special in Hollywood earlier this week. They don’t know what, exactly, the two singers were rehearsing, but it’s sure to be phenomenal.

According to a press release issued by MTV, the Unplugged special will feature “surprise guests,” which makes it seem pretty certain that there will be at least one more big name joining Miley on stage.

This past weekend at The GRAMMY Awards, Madonna hit the stage while Miley hit the party circuit. The “Bangerz” singer and her adorable platinum pixie cut didn’t attend the actual show (she stayed home to play Rock Band, apparently!),  but she managed to make it out to a few pre-show parties.

56th Annual Grammy Awards- Complete Winners List

56th Annual GRAMMY Awards

INO is live on music’s biggest night for the 56th Annual Grammy Awards! We’ll be bringing you the winners LIVE as they’re announced, so if you have to take a break away from the TV (or can’t get to the TV), then keep refreshing this page so you can keep up with who’s won what. Here’s a look at some of the red carpet looks. Madonna taught her son, David Banda, how to work the red carpet. Kelly Osbourne let her purple hair pop with her black frock. Paris Hilton had fun with mesh. Alicia Keys, Giuliana Rancic, and Colbie Caillat popped in their bright gowns. And I thought Ariana Grande and Sarah Hyland looked very sweet. Now, for the winners. Congratulations to everyone!

Dating 26-Year-Old TIMOR STEFFENS

These photos of Madonna were taking just two months ago…who knew she’d be breaking up with ex-boy toy Brahim Zaibat, and moving on with another hunk, 26-year-old Dutch backup dancer Timor Steffens! Yep, you heard it here first, folks!

Madonna debuted her latest dude at designer Valentino Garavanis private New Year’s Eve Party in Gstaad, Switzerland. And, according to a party guest via RadarOnline, things got HOT…and controversial!

“Some people at the party were whispering about how Madonna had just broken up with her ex, and now she’s already with a new guy,” the source says. “It’s that kind of crowd. Plus, you can’t really ignore the fact that Timor is SO much younger than Madonna. I mean, he’s basically a replacement for her ex. He looks just like Brahim.” But true to form, “Madonna didn’t give a f*ck that people were whispering!” the source says. “She was really showing him off, drinking and dancing with him all over the place.”

Timor and Madonna have actually been working together on a dance project, making him a super easy rebound!

In fact, the source says, “It was obvious he was already close to all her kids, especially Rocco. They spent a lot of the night on New Year’s joking around with each other.”

Oh man! What do you think of this new development in Madonna’s love life? This woman is on the prowl!

Catching A Flight Out Of LAX

Make way because the Queen needs to catch her flight! The Queen of Pop, that is! Singer Madonna catches a flight out of LAX Airport on Monday afternoon in Los Angeles, California. Madonna has called for the release of Greenpeace activists incarcerated in Russia, posting a picture on her Instagram page featuring the slogan, “Free the Arctic 30.” I love how Madonna always has a voice or an opinion, no matter what the topic may be.

Harper’s Bazaar Cover Girl

Madonna NS Cover

WHOA! Madonna is looking all sorts of FIERCE on this month’s cover of Harper’s Bazaar Magazine. Seriously, this woman is dynamite when it comes to her photo shoots. Inside the mag, the Material Girl talks about her career and the criticism she got for adopting her children. Here are some highlights:

On her career: “If I can’t be daring in my work or the way I live my life, then I don’t really see the point of being on this planet.”

On her teenage years: “Most people thought I was strange. I didn’t have many friends; I might not have had any friends. But it all turned out good in the end, because when you aren’t popular and you don’t have a social life, it gives you more time to focus on your future. And for me, that was going to New York to become a REAL artist. To be able to express myself in a city of nonconformists. To revel and shimmy and shake in a world and be surrounded by daring people.”

“When you’re 25, it’s a little bit easier to be daring, especially if you are a pop star, because eccentric behavior is expected from you.”

On arriving in New York: “This wasn’t anything I prepared for in Rochester, Michigan. Trying to be a professional dancer, paying my rent by posing nude for art classes, staring at people staring at me naked. Daring them to think of me as anything but a form they were trying to capture with their pencils and charcoal. I was defiant. Hell-bent on surviving. On making it. But it was hard and it was lonely, and I had to dare myself every day to keep going.”

On adopting her son David: “I decided that I had an embarrassment of riches and that there were too many children in the world without parents or families to love them. I applied to an international adoption agency and went through all the bureaucracy, testing, and waiting that everyone else goes through when they adopt. As fate would have it, in the middle of this process a woman reached out to me from a small country in Africa called Malawi, and told me about the millions of children orphaned by AIDS. Before you could say “Zikomo Kwambiri,” I was in the airport in Lilongwe heading to an orphanage in Mchinji, where I met my son David. And that was the beginning of another daring chapter of my life. I didn’t know that trying to adopt a child was going to land me in another shit storm. But it did. I was accused of kidnapping, child trafficking, using my celebrity muscle to jump ahead in the line, bribing government officials, witchcraft, you name it. Certainly I had done something illegal!

This was an eye-opening experience. A real low point in my life. I could get my head around people giving me a hard time for simulating masturbation onstage or publishing my Sex book, even kissing Britney Spears at an awards show, but trying to save a child’s life was not something I thought I would be punished for. Friends tried to cheer me up by telling me to think of it all as labor pains that we all have to go through when we give birth. This was vaguely comforting. In any case, I got through it. I survived.”

She Wants To Collaborate With Daft Punk

Madonna Opens A Hard Candy Gym In Rome

It looks like the Material Girl wants to get lucky… well, at least in the charts, that is! Madonna has admitted that she is waiting for Daft Punk to give her a call. The 55-year-old Hung Up star explained that she is keen for the French electro duo to produce some tracks for her.

In a Reddit webchat, Madonna said: ”I would love to work with Daft Punk. Just waiting for them to return my call.”

Madonna also said that she felt her 2003 album American Life was unfairly judged by critics, because of its critical subject matter.

She said: ”Because I dealt with a lot of controversial issues in it. I criticized American politics, the entertainment business in Hollywood..I was in an angry mood when I was making it. Maybe that came across, But I was in an angry mood when I made my last album [2012's 'MDNA'] too. (sic)”
