JANE FONDA Honored With AFI Lifetime Achievement Award

The AFI Life Achievement Award: A tribute to Jane Fonda in LACheck out Ms. Jane Fonda! Does she look amazing or what? The actress and activist- really, an icon at this point- was honored by the American Film Institute with a Lifetime Achievement Award. Jane’s heyday was a little before my time but her memoir ‘My Life So Far‘ Blew Me Away. It’s an amazing read. RELATED: See the trailer for Jane Fonda’s new movie, ‘This Is Where I Leave You.’

Celebs Who Popped On The Red Carpet

The 19th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards - Arrivals

These celebs opted to go bold for the SAG Awards for their dresses! These ladies were not afraid of color. Love the bright pink frocks for Nina Dobrev, Lea Michele, and Freida Pinto! Kaley Cuoco dazzled in red.

‘Lincoln’ star Sally Field and Sarah Hyland looked gorgeous in purple. Alfre Woodard and Alexis Bledel opted for jewel green, and don’t both of them look fantastic? Viola Davis went with a pretty aquamarine gown. And I’m loving Jane Krakowski in peach. A little (or a lot) of color never hurt anybody!

The Cast Of ‘Lincoln’ Pay A Visit To The Italian Senate

Have you seen Lincoln yet?  I hate to admit it but I have absolutely no interest in seeing this movie!  I know it’s probably going to win some huge awards at the Oscars, and Daniel Day Lewis always so brilliant in everything he’s in, but this movie just has no appeal for me.  How about you?

I think before The Golden Globes many would have thought Lincoln would be a lock to win the best picture award at The Oscars, but after Argo’s big win at The Globes I think it might be a closer race now.  Here are stars Daniel Day Lewis and Sally Field along with director Steven Spielberg visiting the Italian Senate in Rome.  How great does Sally Field look? Amazing!

Hot New Trailer – Daniel Day Lewis In ‘Lincoln’

hot new trailer for lincoln

Daniel Day Lewis stars as Abraham Lincoln (and not as a vampire hunter :)) in this upcoming movie that details Lincoln’s quest to abolish slavery.  This is definitely one star studded cast too, featuring Lewis as the title character as well as Joseph Gordon Levitt, Tommy Lee Jones, Sally Field and James Spader.  Looks interesting.
