ABC Cancels 'Ugly Betty'
Sad news for fans of 'Ugly Betty' - after four seasons, the show has been officially canceled.
ABC's Steve McPherson and the show's producer Silvio Horta released a joint statement:
"We've mutually come to the difficult decision to make this Ugly Betty's final season, and are announcing now as we want to allow the show ample time to write a satisfying conclusion. We are extremely proud of this groundbreaking series, and felt it was important to give the fans a proper farewell."
Cast member Mark Indelicato (Justin Suarez) said:
“It has been an amazing four years. I've learned so much from the wonderful actors I have worked with, it’s sad to see this come so unexpectedly, but I think that we all recognize the tremendous work that we have done, and am very grateful for that."
The show will only have 20 episodes this season, instead of the originally-planned 22.

Vanessa Williams was gorgeous in a purple silk gown as she attended The New York City Ballet Spring Gala last night. Not sure what she's doing in the above photo, but I love it. It's definitely a pose I would accidentally make. No matter how nice I'm dressed or how nice the venue is I always catch myself speaking erratically with my hands or making silly faces. Hey...what can you do?

Two of my favorite TV ladies, Angela Lansbury and Susan Lucci also attended last night's event making me happy since we don't get a chance to see Angela out very often. Who else was a huge fan of 'Murder, She Wrote'?

Vanessa Williams was spotted out on a rainy day arriving to Good Morning America to do a little promotion for Hannah Montana. She even got her own umbrella holder...how's that for VIP?
She looks gorgeous, as always, but I am totally sweating those shoes! And I'm sure for a mere 1k I could probably buy a pair just like them! UGH. I love fashion but it is SO ridiculous! :P

Celebrities Arriving To The GLAAD Awards
Quite a few celebrities came out to support the GLAAD Awards this past weekend!
- Tyra Banks went a bit masculine with her choice of attire in a classic black tux.
- Ana Ortiz from, Ugly Betty showed off her baby bump in a white dress and looked beautiful.
- T.R. Knight from, Grey's Anatomy was handsome in a classic 3 piece suit.
- Clay Aiken went with a suit as well, though he kept it simple.
- Vanessa Williams did something a bit different with a short colorful dress and platform pumps.
- Last up we have Judith Light who looks SO GOOD! She must have found the fountain of youth in her back yard. :)
