I would LOVE to know how many packs a day Shia LaBeouf goes through. I mean, this kid is smoking allll the time. Here he is all battered and dirty on a break during the filming of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen in Los Angeles.

I found a picture of Shia's body double too. Wonder if those two talk about how the extra is going to handle a scene? Or if they talk at all. Shia seems like the type to really keep to himself.

Shia LaBeouf Is Not Losing A Finger

Despite yesterday's Internet reports (Star Magazine), Shia LaBeouf will not lose any fingers due to the actor's recent car accident. His rep have confirmed that all fingers will stay in tact.

The actor is currently nursing a heavily bandaged hand after flipping his truck twice in a collision with another vehicle in Hollywood on 27 July. He underwent surgery and spent several days in hospital, causing delays to his new movie Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. But publicist Melissa Kates maintains the 22-year-old is not in danger of losing a digit as the report is a "completely fabricated story".

Here's a first look at Shia after the accident!

Shia LaBeouf took a smoke break, then went for a walk outside a hospital in Los Angeles, California. Earlier this week Shia was arrested on misdemeanor drunk driving charges after he was involved in a car accident, which resulted in extensive injures to his left hand. His passenger and "Transformers" co-star Isabel Lucas (not pictured) walked away with minor injuries, as did the passengers in the other car.

He seems ok besides the brace.

Transformers 2 Directors Says Shia LaBeouf Was Not Drunk During Accident

Access Hollywood had a sit down with Michael Bay who is standing by his Transformers 2 actor, Shia LaBeouf after his arrest for suspicion of DUI.

“You’re gonna see — that’s gonna go away,” Bay said. “That’s fresh news… He was not drunk. He was drinking hours and hours before.”

“The kid really has his head together and you know, he’s only 22,” Bay said. “He’s doing a great job on this movie. He’s really matured since the last one and I love working with him.”

It was suspicion of DUI... I guess there is a possibility.

He also says that Shia really did hurt his two fingers during the flip. The writers are even thinking of how to write it into the script.

“I spoke to him yesterday in the hospital,” Bay said. “His two fingers are pretty mashed, but we’re figuring out a way to shoot around it, kind of write it in the story.”

Is this just another Hollywood cover up? Or do you think Michael is speaking the truth?

Pieces Of Shia LaBeouf's Crash On Ebay

Well, Shia LaBeouf might be in big trouble with the law, but at least one person is going to profit from this whole mess. A man who lives near the scene of the accident went out and collected pieces of debris to sell on Ebay. His blurb about the item he's selling says,

"This is your chance to own a piece of Hollywood History… Own a piece of his shame. I just happen to live a few blocks from the crash site and collected some leftover souvenirs." He adds, "The debris was collected afterwards and was in the public domain on the street. It's legal."

Bidding ends on Saturday. Can you believe the culture we're in? We will Ebay ANYTHING!

MADD Has A Message For Shia LaBeouf

Mothers Against Drunk Driving is taking Shia LaBeouf's drunk driving incident and trying to turn it into a way to draw a little attention to their cause. They are urging him to install an anti-drinking test in his car. It locks your ignition until you've blown into the device and passed the sobriety test. A MADD spokesperson says,

"We hope Mr. LaBeouf will voluntarily use the opportunity of his DUI arrest to educate his fans - and the country - about this life-saving device by installing the device on his vehicles."

On getting in trouble with the law (quote made prior to DUI)

"I don't ever remember getting arrested sober. I was always arrested drunk," he says. "It's when I'm drinking that I don't have the wherewithal to be able to realize the position of my life. There's too much at stake for me to throw it away. I enjoy what I'm able to give my family. I enjoy the people that I'm able to wake up and work with. And I don't want to throw away what I've worked so hard for 12 years to achieve, based on an argument that takes place in 20 minutes."

On growing up poor:

"None of my friends were ever as broke as I was," he says. "That's not some dramatic spinning of a tale—my uncle was going to adopt me at one point because my parents couldn't afford to have me anymore. They had too much pride to go on welfare or food stamps."

On the paparazzi:

Witness Told Shia LaBeouf To Flee Crime Scene

Good thing Shia LaBeouf didn't listen because that would have only made things worse. A witness who stopped at the accident scene overheard one of the men from the car Shia hit, telling him to just leave.

“Shia was tending to the other people in the car, signing over information, like insurance and stuff and basically, I overheard the guy tell him, ‘You should just get out of here and go,’ and Shia said, ‘Nah man. I gotta deal with this. My license plate, it’s my car. I don’t wanna go, I gotta deal with this.’”

The man in the other car said he would cover.

“The guy Shia hit told him, ‘You should get outta here,’ and ‘I never saw you.’ He said, ‘I never saw you,’ and Shia said, ‘No, man, I gotta stay here and deal with this. It’s my problem.”

The witness also added that Shia didn't seem intoxicated.

“He looked more disoriented and shocked more than drunk. I wouldn’t have thought he was drunk.”

UGH. The whole thing still makes me sick to my stomach. Don't drink and drive!!!!!!!!!!! What an easy concept.

Shia LaBeouf In Details Magaine

In light of the DUI, Details magazine decided to preview their Shia LaBeouf cover WAY ahead of schedule. The full story isn't even online yet (don't worry - that will be there tomorrow), but here is a sneak peek at the the actor's interview.

On his trespassing charge last year in Chicago:

"It was two hotheads," he says, "one completely in the wrong, one who wasn't enjoying his job that night, going at it about minuscule bulls&it."

Shia even talked about a father - son bonding ritual that came to a hault after the young star started to get into trouble.

"We would drink together and smoke together," LaBeouf says, "and it's just a bad deal. It's not something that is conducive to being a role model—no iconic actors that I know of have problems like that. And I don't know how to do it like a gentleman. I don't know how to have one drink."

Shia LaBeouf's Car Accident Passenger Identified - Isabel Lucas

New reports are claiming that Isabel Lucas was in the car with Shia Labeouf when the actor got into an accident that caused his car to turn over. The 23 year old actress is working with Shia on Transformers 2.

Originally from Australia, it seems Transformers is her US breakthrough role. Thank goodness she wasn't injured. Quite stunning isn't she?
