Pete Doherty Arrested In Germany
Pete Doherty has been arrested in Germany for smashing the back window of a car.
He was taken into custody for throwing a pint glass at a car – believed to be parked at the time – outside of the bar Trinkteufel (Drink Devil) in Berlin shortly before 7am on Saturday morning.
According to German newspaper Bild, Pete had been thrown out of another bar a short while earlier, and upon arriving at Trinkteufel had been asking staff where he could buy some drugs. A bartender said:
"I almost threw them out too. He was drinking shots and constantly asking where to get cocaine."
Pete was taken to a police station not far from Checkpoint Charlie where he spent the next three hours. He was booked for property damage and released.

Talk About A Stab In The Back...
Are you kidding me?!? After all that Pete Doherty and Kate Moss went through together, after dating seriously for so long...he's going to betray her like this? Pete has plans to write an autobiography focusing on the ups and downs of his relationship with Kate.
He'll be teaming up with ex-drug addict and author Sean Boru. Sean says,
"The whole premise of the book is Pete talking about Kate Moss and the sex and drugs and rock'n'roll lifestyle they shared.
I wrote to Pete when he was in jail about my experiences when I was a drug addict and we built a relationship.
He
knows I understand where he is coming from and this is the first book
that properly details his private life with Moss - which is what
everyone wants to read about."
Does the man have no morals?!? This is the woman who once was the supposed love of his life!

Amy Winehouse's Aunt Begs Press To Back Off
"Give it a break - stop printing all those nasty photos. Amy has the press knocking on her door at two o’clock, three o’clock in the morning, and some of the photos of Amy at her worst is when she’s had no sleep and gone downstairs to say, ‘Leave me alone, shut up, I want to go to sleep’.
"Please let her finish her rehabilitation - let her try to get off the stuff and then we’ll have the Amy we all want. You keep bringing up that she’s a teenage icon and what example is she setting. She’s setting no example. She didn’t want to be an example - all she wants to be is a singer and a songwriter. There are thousands of families going through the same tragic situation as us all over England and they’re allowed to get on it quietly - and this is all we ask for Amy.
Sometimes in our heart of hearts - and this is going to sound ever so bad - we wish she would be incarcerated and maybe that would help get her off the drugs."

It could be... confectionery sugar. Perhaps Amy Winehouse was in the mood to bake some cupcakes at 4AM? Ah who am I kidding. There is no way to spin this one. What can I say?? What. Can. I. Say? Amy was photographed moving her stuff to a friend's house and the paps snapped a bag of white powder. As soon as she was settled, who comes strolling in but Pete Doherty. OF ALL PEOPLE! The "scruffy singer's trousers appeared to be covered in a light dusting of white powder". Sigh...

The MTV Europe Music Awards 2007 were held at Olympiahalle in Munich, Germany and some of our favorites attended. I am actually curious to look up the "best acts" from each country listed below.
Pete Doherty Hearts Kate Moss
Pete Doherty has been keeping a journal where he confesses his love for Kate Moss since 1999. AND NOW YOU CAN PURCHASE IT. I find that a bit odd that he would want to sell his diary (perhaps even odder that someone would want to buy it). But whatever works. Here is an excert:
"Hold me in your arms and I want for nothing... but your sweet scent, your supple body and skin. I love her and no other, and the tiffs and tumults come between magical happy times."
Kate even pens her emotions on a page or two.
"You have touched my heart and soul... my sweet."
What? Doesn't everyone sit around with their mates and write sweet nothings in a book that they pass back and forth to one another (and then sell)? The book is entitled, In The Books Of Albion: The Collected Writings Of Peter Doherty in case you want to look it up.
