Miley Cyrus was out shopping with her mom and a few friends this past weekend in Beverly Hills wearing a black and white striped dress and an interesting pair of blue suede fringe boots. She's young and a singer, so I think it works on Miley. But would this be something you would wear?

In other news, Miley hopes for a less stressful year.

"This year, one of my goals is not to stress - just kind of let life come as it is. I’m going to try and do that a little more. Just take things step by step instead of always having a plan.

Miley Cyrus was photographed at the Guitar Center in Los Angeles with her family this past weekend. Sets like these remind me that Miley is just a young girl in a extraordinary situation. You forget through all the scandal and the spin that under it all, Miley is just a kid. I hope she comes out of this unscathed.

The Jonas Brothers Choose A Side

... and it's Team Demi and Selena!! Actually, I am pretty sure this is all one big joke. Miley Cyrus is most likely in on it. But isn't that funny the shirt even exists?

In other Jonas Brothers' news. I was driving in Manhattan the other day and saw a bazillion girls in line with tents and sleeping bags. I couldn't figure out what was going on. So, I drove very slowly (the cabbies loved that) until I saw a hand made sign that read "We love the Jonas Brothers!"

I later found out they were performing a free concert in Bryant Park. Fans slept on the streets overnight to ensure a guaranteed seat! Now, that's a fan.

Moms nowadays are so understanding like that. If I EVER asked my mom to sleep on the street with me for New Kids tickets... I'm pretty sure I could guess the answer I would have received.

Miley Cyrus' Cherokee Background Influences Purchase Decisions

Miley Cyrus was all about getting a big gas guzzler car when she turns 16 but her dad put his foot down and said that with her Cherokee background she should have more respect for the environment.

"I've begged my dad for the Mercedes G-Wagen, but he was like, 'Miley, isn't there enough pollution in the air?' We're Cherokee, that's our background. And he's like, 'As a Cherokee, I really don't think you want to do this.'

And I'm like, 'Dad, I'm not that Cherokee.' He wants me to take care of the environment and look at hybrid cars. I'm stoked, that's awesome, especially with the price of gas. I want to spray paint it. I want to rock out my car. I want to get my car pimped out.'"

I'm not that Cherokee...what does she mean by that?

Also, I think Miley can afford the gas prices. ;)

Miley Cyrus Gets New Hair Extensions With Her Mom

Who pays for Miley Cyrus to do things while out with her parents? As a mom, it is Tish's responsibility to take care of her daughter. But Miley doesn't need taking care of in the financial sense at least. So when it's time for the bill, who hands over the card? I'm very curious! Probably the mom but it's still coming out of Miley's account.

Ocean Up got their hands on a number of old pictures showing Miley Cyrus making out with her then boyfriend, Thomas Sturges. She does a quick pajama change and goes at it again. It's innocent enough - two young teens in a lip lock. But it's just added to the already fairly large pile of personal shots that have made it online. WHO is selling all of these? And how much are they making?!

Miley Cyrus put up a video mocking her Disney sister Selena Gomez and friends' recent You Tube addition. Entertainment Tonight is insisting that Miley decided to make the copy cat because of the shared affection towards The Jonas Brothers. D-R-A-M-A!

I personally think that Selena is mocking Miley first as she is infamous for similar videos. So it's like Miley's mocking Selena mocking Miley. Yeah, I have that much time on my hands.

Miley Cyrus Just Wants A Car For Her Sweet Sixteen

Miley Cyrus is just a girl who wants a car. Who at 16 had any other thought in the world? The young singer sat down with E!'s The Daily 10 and dished the dirt on her new album, her birthday and how she is just a normal teen.

Regarding her new album, “Breakthrough,” Cyrus says:

“I wanted to show that i am a true artist. As the age demographic grows-- as I grow, they grow. I wanted to kind of embrace the older audience. Some of it is about breakups, some of it is about you know a broken heart, mending heart, which isn't even about boys, it's about other things.”

When pressed about any break-ups that might be referenced in her music, Cyrus says:

“You already know, you already know the answer, don't try to make me say it. You know what I say, if a relationship can't work out, make a record At least something good comes out of it.”

Regarding handling all the attention that comes with being a celebrity, Cyrus says:

“Sometimes I start to feel very claustrophobic. I just have to go out with my friends and have fun and feel normal. Sometimes you just need to feel normal.”

Cyrus is completely normal when it comes to her sixteenth birthday wish:

A car, I want a car. Just a car…just anything my parents will buy. I will let you know when I'm on the road so you get of the road!”
