Let's forget about the whole arrest scandal for one second here and talk diamonds. Heather Locklear was spotted with a rock on that special finger when she went in for booking and all recent pictures have showed her sporting the same ring.

Rumor has it she's engaged to her boyfriend Jack Wagner. They've been dating since 2007, and if she does get married this would be Heather's 3rd time.

So what do you think about this story...is it fact or fiction?

The Daily Mail has photos of police officers helping Heather Locklear get into their car as well as instituting a test of sobriety. From the shots, it looks like Heather couldn't get into the vehicle on her own.

Update On Heather Locklear's DUI Arrest

A witness has come forward and recounted her version of what happened the night Heather Locklear was arrested. While driving, she noticed a vehicle going back and forth over a pair of sunglasses while partially blocking the road and revving the engine.

The witness immediately called 911 as she was concerned for the driver.

"Around 4:30 p.m., a female witness saw Heather Locklear driving erratically while leaving a parking lot in Montecito," California Highway Patrol spokesman Tom Marshall tells PEOPLE. "The witness said Locklear was revving her engine loudly, and backed over a pair of sunglasses several times."

"The witness called 911 because she was concerned for Locklear's safety," Marshall said. "When a CHP officer arrived, Locklear was found seated inside her vehicle, which was partially blocking the roadway."

While alcohol was ruled out, police felt that Heather was on prescribed medication and booked her. She was released several hours later.

"Alcohol was ruled out as a factor, but based on the officer's observations, we believe Locklear was under the influence of prescription medication," Marshall added.

No comment is available from her rep at this time.

Oh Heather! It is no secret she's been going through something for the past few months. I hope this is what she needed to get back on the right track and get whatever help she needs.

Heather Locklear Arrested!

While in the Santa Barbara area, Heather Locklear was arrested yesterday on suspicion of driving while impaired. YIKES! The actress has recently completed at stay in rehab at an Arizona medical facility to fight anxiety and depression.

While details are currently sparse, TMZ reports:

Law enforcement officers tell us alcohol was not involved, however, they are conducting tests to determine if Locklear was under the influence of drugs. We're told she was released on her own recognizance, without having to post bail.

Heather Locklear Released From Treatment Center

Heather Locklear quietly left the Arizona facility where she spent more than 4 weeks battling anxiety and depression issues. A "close friend" told People Magazine that the actress is doing great and is as radiant as ever.

"Heather's feeling really great," says a close friend. "And she looks beautiful, just radiant."

While the actress's recovery is "a work in progress," Locklear seems rejuvenated by her month away, says the friend. "She told a really funny story and she laughed from her core," says the pal, who has seen Locklear since she returned home last weekend. "That's when I knew she was going to be fine. I think that's the best part of all – it's so nice to hear her laugh."

As part of the program, Heather not only had daily sessions with doctors on staff, but she also received therapeutic spa treatments, rode horses and spent quality time alone. I hope she has truly found some peace and continues to make herself a priority in her life.

Heather Locklear Receives Treatment For Depression

Heather Locklear's publicist just confirmed to People magazine that the actress is currently in an Arizona facility seeking treatment for her depression and anxiety. Her publicist released the following statement to People

"Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression. She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment."

"This is a confidential medical matter and no further statement will be released."

Wow what a shocker! I hope the treatment goes well and she is able to sort out her issues. Does this mean there is truth to that call the police received about Heather being suicidal a couple months back?

Those abs practically look like they've been drawn on! Robert Buckley and Heather were spotting on set in Oahu, Hawaii yesterday.
I'm just going to go ahead and vote that he's shirtless for every scene in the movie...

Heather Locklear's 911 Suicide Phone Call

Her reps are denying anything has happened, but Us Weekly has released the 911 call Heather Locklear's psychologist placed for her saying his patient was suicidal. I am obviously hoping that Heather's rep is the one who is telling the truth. But either way, I am wishing her the best.
Here is what Heather's rep told US Weekly:

"Heather is fine. She never requested medical assistance and did not place a 911 call. Nor did anyone from her house call 911 or place a call requesting medical assistance.
"As previously stated by the Ventura County Fire Department, they responded to a call that had no merit and left almost immediately," the actress added. "No psychiatrist called 911 on Ms. Locklear's behalf."
