Lauren Conrad graces the cover of next month's Shape Magazine and looks simply amazing in the shot. Check out those abs! I'm actually doing crunches as I'm typing this to try to catch up. Ok, maybe I'm not...
The reality star turned designer doesn't always stay this in shape. Lauren admitted at the beginning of her relationship with Kyle Howard, she got a bit soft around the middle.
“I call it the ‘boyfriend layer’,” she tells the magazine. “We were having more romantic dinners out, and I was exercising less.”
How does she combat it? Taking her boyfriend to the gym with her.
“I just ask Kyle, ‘You feel like working out?’ It’s more fun than hitting the gym alone,” says Lauren.
Great tip! What does Kyle and Lauren like to do during their down time?
“We like doing outdoor stuff: tennis, bike riding, kayaking, stand-up surfing, hiking in the canyons around L.A.”

Charlize Theron Does Vogue Magazine
Charlize Theron is on the cover of September's U.S. Vogue issue and, no surprise here, she looks stunning. They did a photo shoot with the actress out in the desert and Charlize rocks Every. Single. Picture.
She got to be one of the most beautiful women of this generation of Hollywood stars, right?
My only question is why Vogue chose that particular photo of Charlize for the cover. It's nice, but some of the others are even better!

Mila Kunis Loves Warcraft
I love finding these things out!
In an interview with Details Magazine, Mila Kunis admitted her World of Warcraft addiction, qualifying for medical marijuana, her “rock solid stomach” and confessed to a dirty Family Guy humor.
On her World of Warcraft addiction: “I’d be like, ‘Okay, are we done yet? Because I’ve gotta go home. Like, I really gotta go.’”
On being asked about Ashton Kutcher: “Yesterday, a woman asked me, ‘So! Was Ashton a prankster on set?’ I went, ‘Oh my God. For real?’ That’s when I know the interview’s going sour- when they ask me what it was like kissing Kutcher. The show’s been off the air for four years. It’s just no longer cute or funny.”
On her controversial sense of humor: “I’m going to hell so fast, like, on an escalator. It’s going to be a straight show. There’s not even going to be a stop in limbo.”

Tom Brady For Details Magazine
Tom Brady snagged the cover for September's DETAILS magazine. The edition hits stands next week and the football star spiced things up in a black leather jacket during his shoot. The quarterback opened up about being married to Gisele, living life in front of the paparazzi, and having a child.
On modeling being harder than playing football: “When I’m out on the football field, I have so much confidence in what I’m doing. With [the modeling], I don’t know what I’m doing. I’m at the whim of the photographer and the crew.”
On life and having a child out of wedlock: “That’s not how you envisioned your life, that’s not how you envisioned having children, but it happens. Life is not living in the suburbs with a white picket fence. That’s not life. Somehow our American culture has made it out that that’s what life needs to be—and that if it’s not that, it’s all screwed up. It’s not. You go through life and you try the best you can.”
On being set-up on a blind date with Gisele: “This friend told me he knew a girl version of me.” Gisele chimes in, “And he said to me he’d found a boy version of me.”

marriage, and murder cases. Excerpts from her Ladies’ Home Journal
interview, on newsstands August 11 are below:
On finding love with husband Kevin Bacon at 22:
“As a kid, I never felt like I had a real home. My parents split when I was 3. My mother remarried when I was 6 and when I moved into my stepfather’s house it always felt like it was there place, not mine. When I met Kevin [Bacon] I thought, This feels like home. I don’t know how at 22 I went, ‘Yeah, that’s the guy,’ and was actually right about it,” she continues.
“Usually you pick someone who has all the worst qualities of your father or something. Someone was watching over me when I picked Kevin, because I couldn’t have been that smart.”
On her Bernie Madoff losses:
“The fact that someone blew the whistle on Madoff three times and nobody did anything about it? It was hideous. But I think the economy has forced a lot of people to look inward and go, What really fulfills me so I don’t have to go out and buy? Getting back to simple pleasures is a good thing.”
On being separated from her NY-based family while filming The Closer in LA:
“I’m more peaceful about being here, about being away from my family [in New York], even though in some ways that piece is…um…harder than ever.” [Her voice cracks up and her eyes well] “
Oh…I’m just a teary mess about that part of it.”
Channing Tatum Used To Dance In A Male Revue Before He Landing Acting Gigs
Well, excuse me Mr. Channing Tatum!
Everyone has a beginning and Channing's was dancing half naked on a stage as part of a male revue very similar to Chippindales. When the 'G.I. Joe: Rise of the Cobra' actor turned 18 he took a job with Male Encounter for $50 a day plus tips. Check out the thumbnails to see pictures of Channing in action.

Heidi Montag's Playboy Cover Revealed
Here it is. The moment you've all been waiting for. Ok, odds are you couldn't care less about Heidi Montag's Playboy cover...but the images have been released and we can all now move onto bigger and better things.
The couple brought the magazine to the LA screening of 'G.I.JOE: The Rise of Cobra' and flaunted the image in front of the photographers.
Holly Montag has already confirmed that her sister is not nude inside the magazine, so you are probably seeing the worst of it on this post.
Spencer Pratt looks rather pleased doesn't he? He should be considering Heidi gave him the shoot for his birthdday.
“It comes out on [Spencer’s] birthday,” Heidi told Access, “August 14. Happy birthday hubby!”
And what was the thought behind the spread?
”[Playboy] kind of had a vision… and we brought in Matthew Rolston, who is a very well known amazing photographer,” she explained. “So, it’s more art.”
Vision - like naked chicks? Yeah - I bet it's really thought provoking. :)
