Alright, I'm trying to do a rundown of all the celebs we haven't already seen, who celebrated Superbowl Sunday in some way shape or form. Here are Kim Kardashian and her sisters, Kellie Pickler, Maria Menounos, Stacey Keibler, Audrina Patridge and Karolina Kurkova, all at various events, plus a few shots of Paula Abdul singing. Did anybody catch her performance? If so, what did you think? Is this the comeback we've all been waiting for? :)

Jessica Simpson's Relationships Planned By Management?

New reports are claiming that Jessica Simpson's management team strategically plant rumors of relationships brewing for their pop star in order to drum up some good publicity. The John Mayer relationship (which I honestly believe was real) was perfectly planned around her new album dropping while the latest rumors about Owen Wilson are to help promote her country transition. They even go onto to say that Owen was specifically selected because he is from Texas and owns the publics sympathy at the moment.

"When Jess last had a new album coming out, that's when she was introduced to John. She's got her first country album coming out, so now she's been conveniently introduced to Owen, who is a fellow Texan. Better yet, the public is sympathetic to him."

What do you think? Is there a side to Hollywood that the public doesn't know about? Do management teams plant these fictitious stories in order to drum up publicity? Do Reese and Jake fall into this category?

Kellie Pickler is still enjoying the successes of being an American Idol contestant. She looks FANTASTIC! I know I was poking fun a bit earlier on about how different she is from her calamari days. But I am loving the transformation now. Truth be told, I haven't heard much about her music career. But I don't really follow her genre. Wishing her the best.

Stories like this go to show you that you should just be happy with who you are. We all look at the celebrity world and think how great it all is. But we only know what is shown to us. Very rarely do we really get to understand who these people really are. Take Kellie Pickler. I am sure there are thousands of girls all across the country praying they could exchange lives with Kellie. After all, who wouldn't want to be a singer, have her own sitcom, and get invited to A list events? We got a taste of Kellie's past when we found out her father was in jail and is a recovering drug addict. But we didn't hear much about her mother. It turns out Kellie suffered from mental and physical child abuse at the hands of the one person she was supposed to trust the most. Us Weekly has the details:

"I remember my mother and I were in the kitchen and I said, "I wish God would take me away, I'd much rather be dead than live here with you.' She took a knife out, set it on the counter and said, "Here, do it then.' I was in fourth grade. Of course I never would have acted upon it, but it's done a lot of emotional scarring." (source)

What happened to that bubbly, fun ditz from down south? Kellie Pickler's team is trying to turn her into something she isn't. And these close ups must have been the originals. I guess we aren't used to seeing those type of photos right guys? This website has become a photoshoppers dream thanks to the new turn the industry has taken. Leave it to Fox to milk American Idol for all it's go. Kellie Picker is going to play a naive small-town Southern girl (a far stretch from reality) in a half hour comedy. I can't wait until they write in a scene where she has to eat CAALLAAMMAAARRIII and SSAALLLMMMOOONNN. Oh and wait.. we can't for get minx. Sigh - I have a feeling any one of us could come up with their pilot.

Fox is developing a half-hour comedy revolving around "American Idol" finalist Kellie Pickler, says Variety. Pickler will play a naive small-town Southern girl -- a character based on herself -- who discovers that her biological father is the state's well-respected governor. His presidential dreams are put in jeopardy, but the two form a father-daughter relationship that winds up helping his standing in the polls.
Twentieth Century Fox TV is behind the project, along with Watson Pond and "Idol" producer 19 Entertainment. Watson Pond's Brad Johnson and 19's Simon Fuller and Malcolm Young will executive produce. Chris Peterson and Bryan Moore ("That '70s Show") will write and create the project, which has landed a script order. (source)
