Naomi Campbell Speaks Out About Alleged Assault
Naomi Campbell has given a statement to Access Hollywood regarding the alleged assault she was involved in.
Earlier today the NYC driver who accused her of attacking him, apologized and said of the situation that he had:
“blown out of proportion”
He said he was sorry to Naomi
“for causing that to happen.”
Naomi released a statement saying that her past is being held against her unfairly:
On Tuesday, March 2nd, I was accused of unacceptable behavior towards a driver in New York,” she said in a statement to Access Hollywood. “I have worked very hard on correcting my previous wrongdoings and I will not be held hostage to my past. I try to treat everyone with respect and I am pleased the driver has apologized. I would like to put the last few days behind me and move on.”
What do you think about the situation? It seems weird that he'd go to the police with "wounds" and then later say he just blew things out of proportion? Maybe he's a bit of a drama queen? lol I'm sure she'll be glad to put this incident behind her.

Naomi Campbell Won't Be Questioned By Police
Naomi Campbell will not be called in for questioning in connection with alleged assault on her driver. She was accused of punching a limousine driver, Miodrag Mejdina, in the back of the head yesterday. According to the New York Police Department officers are not planning to speak to her about the incident.
A police spokesperson told Radar Online:
"There were no arrests in the Campbell matter, and we have no intention of talking to her."
Noami's rep Jeff Raymond said:
"There shouldn't be a rush to judgement. Naomi will cooperate voluntarily, and there is more to the story than meets the eye."
The NYPD issued what's called a 'harassment report' over the incident because no officer witnessed what took place. It doesn't carry any type of penalty. The driver decided not to pursue the matter.
Hmmm..wonder what that means that he decided not to pursue it? Do you think he changed his mind or maybe Naomi's people reached out to him and convinced him to let it drop?

Naomi Campbell Allegedly Assaults Her Driver
Naomi Campbell's bad temper might be landing her in some hot water again.
Naomi's driver called 911 around 3pm today, claiming that she was assaulting him from the backseat of the car while he was driving. Naomi reportedly fled the scene as he was on the phone!
He was treated for bumps, bruises and neck pain.
Our sources say cops haven't reached Naomi yet about the alleged incident ... but we're told her assistant may be down at the precinct right now.
If this is true, I'm sure she's going to face some hefty punishment - this has happened so many times!
