Matthew Fox Gets Pay Bump To $225,000 Per Episode

Well, holding off paid off for one actor! Earlier this week, I reported that both Evangeline Lilly and Matthew Fox were looking for a pay bump during contract negotiations and one actor walked away successful.

Matthew has sealed the deal earning $225,000 for every episode of Lost shot. The rest of the Lost cast are still reportedly trying to broker new wage deals, but representatives for ABC Studios and Fox have refused to comment.

Lost Stars Want More Money

Matthew Fox and Evangeline Lilly are looking for more money. Rumor has it the Lost stars bank an estimated $80,000 -$90,000 a show. However, they are hoping show execs will increase their wages up to $150,000 an episode and aren't budging until they do.

What do you think? Is it the right move? Will the execs give it to them? Are Fox and Lilly replaceable?

Matthew Fox Moving To Oregon After Lost

Matthew Fox is taking his family back to Oregon so he can be closer to his family and ensure a stable lifestyle for the children. He just wants to lead a normal life that includes fishing, skiing and lots of fresh air.

"We’re moving to Oregon. I want to be closer to my brothers and their children. We really want our kids to have tight first-cousin relationships. "I want to enjoy fishing, hiking, skiing, mountains and fresh air."

So nice to hear this although I am sure he will continue to work throughout the years and have to return to LA.

Matthew Fox, Christina Ricci, Susan Sarandon, Emile Hirsch, Rick(y) Schroder, and Emily Rossum attended the 'Speed Racer' premiere held at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles. Have you seen the trailer? I need to take a nap after it ends. I am officially too old. After it ended, I immediately threw the TV on to find an old Tom and Jerry cartoon.

Sarah Jessica Parker, Robert Downy Jr. and Anne Hathaway all went home with a ShoWest award for 2008. Let's talk clothing. What do you think about what the girls chose to wear? Matthew Fox, Jodie Foster, Brendan Fraser, Maggie Gyllenhaal and Christina Ricci also attended.
Oh Matthew! Who watched LOST this week? I don't want to talk about anything in case people didn't get to see it yet. But when that guy was on the boat I almost DIED! And then when two of the castmates went to go visit you know who you know where in the future I got a little teary eyed.

It's nice to know Matthew Fox has a movie coming out, because now we get to see a lot more of his handsome face. I'm not going to complain, or anything but it wouldn't hurt to have Josh Holloway aka Sawyer do a little publicity alongside him dirty and shirtless? :) I mean, come on, those two are the reason why half of the women in America watch "Lost". It can't hurt Vantage Point.
