Marissa Jaret Winokur and her husband Judah Miller have welcomed a baby boy into the world. The couple used a surrogate according to Entertainment Tonight and the Hairspray star is overjoyed!

The baby is going to change my life, and I will be a bit more ready because I can’t really control everything that is what I have learned here. So I am looking forward to learning more.

 

Heather Locklear quietly left the Arizona facility where she spent more than 4 weeks battling anxiety and depression issues. A "close friend" told People Magazine that the actress is doing great and is as radiant as ever. 

"Heather's feeling really great," says a close friend. "And she looks beautiful, just radiant."

While the actress's recovery is "a work in progress," Locklear seems rejuvenated by her month away, says the friend. "She told a really funny story and she laughed from her core," says the pal, who has seen Locklear since she returned home last weekend. "That's when I knew she was going to be fine. I think that's the best part of all – it's so nice to hear her laugh." 

As part of the program, Heather not only had daily sessions with doctors on staff, but she also received therapeutic spa treatments, rode horses and spent quality time alone. I hope she has truly found some peace and continues to make herself a priority in her life.

So much for that $3.5 million wedding rumor. Salma Hayek's rep has announced that her engagement to French billionaire Francois-Henri Pinault is off.

 

"We are sad to announce the engagement of Salma Hayek and Francois-Henri Pinault has been canceled. There will be no further comment." 

 

 

Well, I guess we don't have to pretend that her sweater is overstretched anymore! Former co-star Victor Garber let it slip that Jennifer Garner is in fact expecting despite the lack of public confirmation from the couple.

"Yes, she is," Garber, who currently stars on ABC's Eli Stone, told Us when asked if recent speculation was true that the couple is expecting.

(Garber officiated the couple's 2005 wedding.)

A source adds, "She is five months pregnant. They are very happy."

I guess Ben's quote the other day was their way of saying they were expecting without getting into it too much.

This will be Ben and Jen's second child. Violet is about to become a big sister!

Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom have called it quits according to reports.  Rumor has it that Miranda and BRANDON DAVIS have gotten back together. Yes, Brandon - Mischa Barton's ex.  

Socialite Davis recently split from another Australian model, Cheyenne Tozzi, and he and Kerr have been seen kissing and cuddling at clubs in New York. An eyewitness who spotted the low-key couple out this week tells In Touch magazine,

"They were full on making out (and) they didn’t seem to care who saw (them)."

A representative for Kerr has denied the model and Bloom have split. So who knows?!

Katie "Jordan" Price was so incredibly moved after watching a documentary about children in Bulgaria that she convinced hubby Peter Andre they should adopt a baby.

“We want to be able to help a child to have a better life.

The programme moved me to tears. So many babies who are born with disabilities find it hard to find adoptive parents – no one wants them.

So Pete and I have been to see a lawyer about adopting a baby from abroad.”

The process could take as long as 18 months, but the couple is willing to wait.

A friend says, “She’s not an emotional person, but was traumatised by what she saw. It made her determined.”

They may take a lot of crap for their media image, but this couple truly does seem like they're caring parents. I love seeing celebrities use their good fortune to help others, especially children.

Sarah Silverman and Jimmy Kimmel have called it quits after five years of dating. 5 years! Kimmel's rep says,

"Jimmy and Sarah have and will have no further comment.

They were perfectly hilarious together! Sorry to hear it. No more Matt Damon videos I suppose... unless they remain friendly.

Isn't is crazy that celebrities have to make announcements about their lives like this?

I have a feeling Dr. Sussmann is really enjoying his moment in the limelight. My guess is the hospital is going to do everything in their power to keep Angelina Jolie in the facility for as long as they can. That way should he want to hold another press conference, there will be reason to do so. Although births are handled differently in Europe than in the US.

"She will stay for a few days. You know, in Europe it isn't like in the United States, where the patients go home after three days. They will stay a bit longer until everything is okay."

The doctor told the press that the couple "were talking, they were together," during the birth of Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Leon.

"It was an epidural, so [Angelina] was awake and speaking and laughing. They were happy." Pitt never left Jolie's side – "he was my assistant!" Sussmann said jokingly – and even cut the babies' umbilical cords.

"He was ... perfectly calm, totally determined, very pleased to be at the birth of his children, very moved and very emotional," said Sussmann.

So the end result of the meeting? Everyone is doing wonderfully - babies and parents.

"The babies are fine. The babies are with the mother and father and they are fine."

The Mayor of Nice also decided to take part in all the fun. He made an official presentation of the twins' birth certificates to the hospital, and had Angelina presented with a large bouquet of white roses and lilies.

"It's a pride to Nice and all its citizens. On behalf of the inhabitants of Nice, I congratulate the happy parents, the most famous couple of the world who have chosen our city for this happy event."

"I also congratulate the four brothers and sister of the newborns who are [history won't forget it] real 'Niçois' ('citizens of Nice')."

Press conferences? Mayors presenting birth certificates? $11 million baby shots? I don't know. Has it gone too far? However, I am one of those people who is interested in the details. So I guess I shouldn't complain.

Is it true? In Touch Weekly is reporting that Angelina Jolie gave birth to her twins via cesarean in Nice, France at the La Fondation Lenval hospital.

Sources at the La Fondation Lenval hospital in Nice, France have revealed exclusively to In Touch that Angelina Jolie has given birth to her twins. According to insiders, the 33-year-old had a cesarean today at 6pm French time and delivered two girls.

Brad Pitt was reportedly by her side. No word on whether the rest of the children were in the hospital. 

No rep confirmation yet. Story developing...

Update: Faster than I can gain a pound by holding a piece of chocolate cake, the story has been debunked. Us Magazine has a source inside the hospital claiming the In Touch report is false.

"It's not true. The story is not true," the rep told Us.

InTouch posted an exclusive story reporting Jolie had a cesarean Saturday at 6 p.m. French time and delivered two girls, one at 6:45 p.m. and one at 7 p.m.

Red Hot Chili Peppers front man Anthony Kiedis and his longtime girlfriend Heather Christie have called it quits.

While Anthony had no comment, Heather told People Magazine she only wishes her ex the best. 

"Anthony is a great dad and I will love him forever for giving me the gift of life," Christie tells PEOPLE. "I really hope he finds what he's looking for." 

The couple share a daughter son, Everly Bear.
