Toni Braxton Splits From Her Husband
In what Essence.com is referring to as an exclusive, they announced that Toni Braxton has separated from her husband of eight years, Keri Lewis.
Keri was part of the group Mint Condition, and they have two children: Denim (age 7) and Diezel (age 6).
Toni's going through a rough time: on top of this, she's facing significant financial problems, including foreclosure on her home and legal problems with her insurance company after she had to cancel a series of concerts in 2008 due to a heart condition.
Poor Toni! When it rains, it pours.

Usher And Tameka Foster Raymond's Divorce Finalized
It is officially over for Usher and his wife of two years, Tameka Foster Raymond.
Court documents confirm that a Fulton County, Georgia judge issued a final decree Wednesday, severing ties between Usher Raymond IV and Tameka Foster Raymond, the singer's former stylist.
It sounds like this divorce certainly had its contentious moments, from the beginning when Usher filed the papers and Tameka's response was that the marriage was "still intact" to Usher's 911 call last month, claiming that Tameka had vandalized his cars (officers concluded there was no proof she had done the damage).
They do have two sons together, however: Usher Raymond V (who turns two this month) and Naviyd Ely Raymond (11 months old), so hopefully they can manage to co-parent effectively.

Jesse James Says Sandra Bullock Is Not A Part Of The Custody Dispute
I wondered why Janine Lindemulder focused so much on Sandra Bullock when talking about her custody dispute over five-year-old Sunny. Jesse James is the father and the one with legal custody!
Jesse apparently feels the same way.
"Sandra Bullock is not a party to this litigation," [Jesse's attorney] Slifman says in a statement to PEOPLE. "Mr. James's sole concern is for the safety, welfare and best interests of his daughter. The proper forum to resolve this case is in the courtroom."
I guess I can see where having another woman parent your child would be especially troubling, and I can also see where mentioning Sandra would help Janine get on television in the first place.
Regarding Janine's remarks, Jesse's attorney described them as "inaccurate and unfortunate."
This entire situation is sad. Hopefully they'll be able to find a resolution that works best for Sunny.

Amy Winehouse Giving Herself An Extreme Makeover?
Is Amy Winehouse treating herself to a full makeover? First, it was breast enhancement, now lip injections? Amy was photographed leaving a medical building in London, sporting a puffier pout.
Do you think she had injections or maybe it's just a little makeup magic? I'm not sure what to think of the new and improved Amy. I mean, it's great if she's staying clean, right? Maybe she wants to feel like a different and new version of herself now that she's sober?

Jenna Fischer Is Becoming A Bridezilla
I find this hard to believe about the seemingly sweet and easy-going 'Office' star, but Jenna Fischer says she is getting really emotional about her upcoming wedding to screenwriter Lee Kirk.
"I thought I was going to be one of those easy-going brides," Fischer, 35, tells Bonnie Hunt in an interview to air Thursday. "I never really thought about it. Whatever … a piece of paper, words – send it out."
Apparently, the change occurred when Jenna went to pick out wedding invitations.
"Three hours I sat there with the all the books," she says. "I turned into a crazy person. My fiancé was like, 'What about the slap it on the piece of paper with crayon and send it out?' But now I'm pouring over the paper quality!"
So Jenna made it clear: guests had better appreciate those wedding invitations when they receive them!
"Don't just throw it on the counter! Touch it, feel it, love it!" she commanded.
However, Jenna's still planning a "small wedding" with immediate family and friends. Here are the criteria to make her guest list:
"Are you a brother, sister, mother or a father? That's it."
LOL! You have to admit, it is fun to plan all those details, isn't it?

Heidi Klum Is Struggling To Lose The Baby Weight
Heidi Klum admits that she's having a harder time losing the baby weight after Lou's birth than she did after her three previous pregnancies.
"I wouldn't say I'm back in shape yet. Everything changes when you get older. It was different when I was 31 with the first one and now being 36 with the fourth one."
Heidi reportedly is exercising on the treadmill and watching her diet to lose the weight.
"I think that if you wait too long and it sticks there it stays that way forever. I have to be motivated."
Well, I think Heidi needs to give herself a break. She only gave birth to Lou LAST MONTH! I'm sure she'll look amazing as the host of the Victoria's Secret fashion show, too :)

Is Russell Brand Getting Ready To Propose To Katy Perry?
Russell Brand is set to propose to Katy Perry. The British comedian has amazed friends with his new attitude to romance and pals are convinced he is getting ready to ask the singer to marry him. A source close to Russell said:
"We've never seen him like this. He always has a woman on his arm, or in his bed, and hasn't been interested in monogamy.
"But this is different - we all think it won't be long before he marries Katy. I'm waiting for a call to say they are in that Little Chapel in Vegas and have run off to get married."
Former Oasis rocker Noel Gallagher added:
"He's a changed man, Russell."
The 34-year-old ‘Forgetting Sarah Marshall’ star admitted he has never been happier than since he embarked on his romance with Katy, 25.
"To be honest I haven't stopped smiling. She's a lovely girl and it's going really, really well. In fact I've never felt more settled in all my life. Katy is fantastic. I'm really happy."
I can't get over how cute these two have become! I love the beginning stages of a romance. Everything is so fun and perfect. It's nice to watch this one unfold.
